What kind of consulting do you primarily wish to sell more of?

Rarely exceeding even 50 hours so max a week or two or very few hours but over many weeks.
At least a couple of weeks or even months so at least a couple of hundred (100s) of hours.
Generally many months (or even years) so we're talking thousands (1000s) of hours.
Obviously, this is likely very much an "it depends" kind of question, so let's keep to just little, a bunch and very many...
Does the client think of doing the job herself?

Yes, most often the alternative path for the client than hiring me/us is to do the job herself.
Sometimes the client might be either thinking of doing the job herself or use someone else.
Most of the times, the client WILL outsource the job (it's just a question whether we or someone else will get it).
In nearly 100% of the cases the client will NOT do it, or they are legally required to hire someone like us or our colleagues.
How many does the actual job?

It's just me (or one consultant) per client.
We're normally 2-4 on the jobs.
We like to go all in to have 5 or (even many) more.
